JOB DESCRIPTION
The Deputy Site Lead oversees all operational perspectives executed in support of the U.S. Army Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) contract. The Deputy Site Lead shall act on the Site Lead’s behalf when the Site Lead is absent. Operates within contractual requirements, limitations, and company business and policy directives. Attends and participates in customer, client and Site Lead meetings as required.
 
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Minimum of three (3) years documented, successful experience in operations and training supporting a UAS contract.
2) Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
3) Highly organized, self-starter with proven ability to attract, hire and motivate management teams.
4) Experience leading large, diverse teams towards a common goals.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6) Proficient in briefing internal and external customers on the status of day-to-day operations.
7) Strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
8) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
10% Travel.
