JOB DESCRIPTION

Pinnacle is looking for a Multimedia Design intern to support our Virtual and Web-Based programs team in the development of Serious Games, Virtual Laboratories, and Virtual Maintenance/Operator Training for aviation and ground vehicle platforms!
Conceptualize and create cutting-edge multimedia elements for Web and mobile eLearning products Compile raw data from various sources in order to develop comprehensive, clear, and visually engaging graphics, animations, and interactive elements. You will be exposed to Web and mobile technologies; and IT terminology, processes, and best practices.
The selected candidate will work with experienced multimedia designers, 3D artists and animators and support the entire product development lifecycle.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Experience in color theory, digital imaging, photography, and video and audio production (recording and editing).
2) Functional knowledge of 3D modeling and animating software such as 3D StudioMax, Maya or Blender
3) Possess skills in computer animations for web-based applications and courseware
4) A good grasp of form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regard to modeling
Preferred
6) Ability to build and integrate 3D models into a runtime environment such as Unity game engine is a plus
7) Ability to script animations, scenarios, and games in Flash (ActionScript 3.0) or Unity (C# or JavaScript) is a plus
8) Solid verbal and written communication skills are desired
9) Demonstrated team work experience is desired
10) Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
11) Demonstrated professional, community, and/or extracurricular activities are desired

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be a student who is in enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university. Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Must be available to work 20 hours/per week during normal business hours from as soon as possible through August 3, 2018.
Must be a US citizen.
