JOB DESCRIPTION
The Site Lead holds primary responsibility for all Contractor efforts in support of the U.S. Army Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) contract. The Site Lead shall be the focal point for all issues in the Government’s effort and shall keep the Government fully informed, both verbally and in writing of all program activities. Operates within contractual requirements, limitations, and company business and policy directives. Responsible for the effective management of funds and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items. Monitors and manages resource utilization to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet contract requirements.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Minimum of five (5) years documented, successful Program Management experience with a DoD contract, preferably in support of a UAS program. Experience can be military, civilian, or contractor, or a combination of the three. A portion of the work experience must have fallen within three (3) years of the start of this contract period.
2) Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
3) Experience leading large, diverse teams towards a common goals.
4) Highly organized, self-starter with proven ability to attract, hire and motivate management teams.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6) Proficient in briefing internal and external customers on the status of day-to-day operations.
7) Strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
8) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
10% Travel
