JOB DESCRIPTION
Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s) and knowledge of industry policies and practices.  Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production.  The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1) Must be able to exercise independent judgment and provide creative resolution in a support or services environment.
2) Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
3) Good presentation, leadership and management skills
4) Ability to succeed in upper level management environment.
5) Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
6) Experience working with government contracting.
7) Experience with Non-Standard rotary wing platforms, desired.
8) Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, desired.
9) Aviation acquisiton and/or FMS experience, desired.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or Business and 4 years of relevant experience
Master's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or Business, preferred.
10 years of experience in program/project management, preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
U.S. Citizen
25% Travel
Must be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance
