JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze engineering data and generate operating and maintenance procedures associated with rotary-wing aircraft, systems, and equipment. Responsible for the technical accuracy of the assigned technical manual content.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Experience analyzing and evaluating impacts of engineering changes on technical data.

2) Proven (demonstrable) experience generating maintenance tasks, Fault Isolation Procedures (FIP’s) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC’s) suitable for inclusion in technical manuals.

3) Understanding of Army and aircraft maintenance technical manuals.

4) General experience with rotary-wing aircraft, their systems and equipment is essential. Specific experience with one or more of the following desired: A/MH-6 aircraft or CAAS.

5) Must be able to work efficiently and effectively within team environment.

6) Past experience preferred authoring in XML, under MIL-STDs 40051-2, and MIL-STD-3031/S1000D.

7) Experience working with limited supervisory oversight.

8) Proven results oriented performance with excellent problem-solving abilities, decisionĀ]making and organizational skills, as well as the capability to adapt to change and handle conflict situations calmly and dependably.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree or 8 years equivalent experience.
