JOB DESCRIPTION
Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a Site Lead with CH-47 maintenance and supervisory experience who will be the Pinnacle representative on site for our employees, union representatives, and other teammates.  The candidate must be a great mediator who can effectively manage a variety of personalities.  The candidate will be responsible for communicating requirements, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with staff, teammates, and Corporate resources.  The candidate will be responsible for performance management and employee morale initiatives. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintenance supervisory experience with teams greater than 20 people is requried.
• U.S. Army rotary wing maintenance experience, CH-47 platform preferred.
• Production and Quality control experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma and 9 years of applicable experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
