JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a Gray Eagle UAS Instructor Operator.  Develop training material. Conduct Delta Training (DT), New Equipment Training (NET) and Readiness Level (RL) Progression training. Support Unit Collective Training (CT). Conduct training in classroom, simulation and flight environments.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Possess Instructor Operator/Subject Matter Expert (5-10 years) level of knowledge of applicable regulations related to Army Unmanned System operations.
Maintain an FAA Class II Flight Physical.
Maintain contractually mandated physical health standards required for CONUS operations.
Ability to work with integrated teams comprised of military, civilian and contractor personnel is required.
The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products is required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Graduate of Department of the Army UAS Instructor Course or Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization (DES) Equivalency.
500 hours of PIC time required.
Gray Eagle qualifications, FAA pilots license with Instrument Rating highly preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position involves frequent travel (up to 35%).

The position is subject to contract award.
