JOB DESCRIPTION
The Quality Control Manager oversees the Quality Control Program in support of the U.S. Army, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) contract. This position will provide quality control and related quality assurance duties acting as a liaison with the Government Quality Assurance personnel on matters relating to contractor performance. Attends and participates in customer, client and Site Lead meetings as required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1) Must have demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team that conducts a wide-variety of production inspections, audits, monitoring, and surveillance associated with aviation training, simulation, operations and mission support, and IT support.
2) Minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Program in a Government or DoD environment.
3) Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions and be able to develop and initiate corrective action plans.
4) Must have strong interpersonal and team building skills.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6) Strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
7) Experience briefing both internal and external customers.
5) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
10% Travel.
