JOB DESCRIPTION
The Task Order Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management and operations of one or more subtasks on task orders under the guidance of the PM.  The Task Order Manager will also be responsible for planning and managing the work efforts of task team personnel; determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets; and ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards.  Must have ability to receive and manage short-notice operational task order requirements and provide rapid task order proposal responses. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1) Previous experience determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets.
2) Previous experience in directing large analysis efforts in defense acquisition and sustainment programs.
3) Prior experience providing technical guidance to a task team.
4) Prior experience with quality review of all work products.
5) Five (5) years of relevant management experience.
6) Excellent oral and written skills.
7) Aviation contracts experience, preferred.
8) FMS experience, preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required.  Technical/Business background preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
