JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Manager serves as the primary point of contact in matters relating to personnel training and progression in support of the U.S. Army, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) contract. The Training Manager oversees the training support efforts of new personnel on assigned tasks and ensures all contract employees maintain proficiency directly related to assigned tasks. Attends and participates in customer, client and Site Lead meetings as assigned.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing a standardization, instructor training management program supporting a UAS contract.
2) Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
3) Highly organized, self-starter with proven ability to attract and motivate diverse teams.
4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5) Strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
5) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
10% Travel.
