JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is contingent upon contract award. Additional details will be released on an upcoming date.

Maintenance Test Flight Examiner (ME) primarily conducts training and evaluation of Maintenance Test Pilots but also performs IP duties during AQC. The ME occasionally assists the maintenance effort by conducting maintenance operational checks, ground run-ups, check flights, and maintenance test flights.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be qualified as a U.S. Army UH-60A/L Maintenance Test Pilot.
• Must have a minimum of 1,000 total hours of rotary wing flight experience and a minimum of 100 UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot flight hours.
• Must have previous experience performing as an UH-60 Maintenance Test Flight Evaluator.
• Must have a minimum of three years’ experience working as a Maintenance Test Pilot.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of the US Army UH-60A/L Maintenance Test Pilot Course.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

FAA license with appropriate category endorsements are required in accordance with AR 95-20.
Must be able to maintain a current FAA Class 2 medical certificate or US Army Class 2 FDME with applicative waivers.
Candidate must be able to maintain an active Secret Clearance.
