JOB DESCRIPTION

**This requisition is for those wishing consideration and NOT currently serving in this position at the UAS Training Battalion, Ft Huachuca, AZ. Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Individuals serving as Training Material Support Technicians will typically perform duties supporting the development of:

1) Training scenarios.
2) Computer Based Training.
3) Distance Learning.
4) Playable on Demand (podcast) videos and filming of scenarios for use in classroom presentations and support of live flight training missions
5) Participates in special projects as required
6) May work independently or be assigned to lead an individual project

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

1) NOT currently working in this position at the UAS Training Battalion (incumbents apply to different posting)
2) Have at least 4 years Audio/Visual experience.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
4) Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
5) May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives
6) Experience with the U.S. Army or other Government contracting agencies
7) Must be able to work flexible shifts to support requirements
8) Must be a US Citizen

Preferred: 

1) Prior military or contractor license for Government/Military vehicles and equipment
2) Familiarity with ISO- certified Quality Management System 
3) Prior Experience in support of Unmanned Aircraft System training, development, and operations programs
4) Current active US Secret Clearance

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work/military experience. 
Associate’s degree in the area of Audio/Visual preferred

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Travel up to 10% required.
