JOB DESCRIPTION

Function as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for C-208 maintenance related topics. Provide support to 3D artists, developers, and instructional designers in development of C-208 training applications. Develop test procedures and support verification and validation of C-208 training applications.

This position will transition to Afghanistan no later than January 1, 2021. Once in Afghanistan, the Virtual Maintenance Instruction will be the primary focus/role.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Prior enlisted military experience in an aviation maintenance field for at least 6 years required.
Prior military experience in C-208 maintenance is required.
Ability to use both Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Paper Manuals to research maintenance procedures and component identification.
Candidate must be able to work effectively with technical team members to develop virtual training materials. The ability to interpret and explain maintenance procedures effectively to team members is required.
Prior experience in maintenance training desired.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

HS diploma or equivalent required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must be willing and able to relocate to Afghanistan.
