JOB DESCRIPTION

Position will be responsible for accounts payable and purchase order vouchers in Costpoint as well as supporting accounting with various other projects.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Perform 3‐way match (receiving, PO, invoice).
• Process supplier invoices, checking for accuracy, legitimacy, coding, approval, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Sort and distribute invoices for approval from mail and AP inbox.
• Assist with weekly payment processing.
• Assigned tasks generally performed under supervisory review.
• Set up vendors and maintain voucher filings.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft office products, specifically strong Excel skills.
Strong data entry skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills across both phone and email
Deltek Costpoint experience, preferred, but not required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Completed BS or BA in Accounting preferred; alternative is that candidates must be within 1 year of completing  BS or BA Accounting or Finance degree.
0-1 year of experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Travel up to 10% required.
