JOB DESCRIPTION

Pinnacle is looking for eLearning/Instructional Design interns to support our Computer Based Instructional Development (CBID) and Web-Based programs team in the development of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and training for ground vehicle platforms and regulatory customers!  The selected candidates will work with experienced engineers and Instructional Designers following Pinnacle’s IMI Development Lifecycle to support innovative training courses or learning projects for an engaging learning experiences.  This includes all phases of requirements analysis, design, development and test. 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Exposure to creating interactive eLearning content in Adobe Captivate such as courses, software demonstrations, software simulations, branched scenarios
2) Exposure to development of Storyboards from source material
3) Exposure to sound instructional design principles, learning objectives, Bloom’s Taxonomy

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES: 

1) Advanced experience with Adobe Captivate a plus
2) Experience converting learning objectives to Adobe Captivate storyboards/lesson screens
3) Experience developing content in an Agile team environment a plus
4) Experience creating or implementing imaginative interactions a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be a student who is in enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
Must be majoring in an educational, training, media or computer science related field.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher

EDUCATION PREFERENCES: 
Adobe Captivate certification
ATD eLearning certifications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Must be available to work 20 hours/per week during normal business hours from May 10, 2021 through August 27, 2021.
Must be a US citizen.
