JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Shadow UAS Assistant Production Control (PC) Officer will assist the PC Officer leading and managing the Production Control and Technical Supply Operation. Responsible for the training and supervision of PC clerks and Technical Supply personnel. Projects, forecasts, and coordinates UAS Maintenance IAW ATP 3-04.7 to establish priorities of work. Responsible for the management of scheduled, unscheduled, and deferred maintenance priorities. Manages the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Calibration (TMDE) Program, physical security / key control, hangar and shop safety, hazardous material control, and tool control programs. Maintains and updates equipment / aircraft status boards, migrates equipment logbooks, and prepares associated reports. Primary POC for aircraft downtime reporting IAW AR 700-138. Initiates the Controlled Exchange process IAW AR 750-1. Responsible for initiating and tracking work orders via Aircraft Notebook (ACN). Primary ACN Logbook System Facilitator. Reports directly to the PC Officer.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Shall have honorably served in the military in an U.S. Army MOS of 15E or equivalent, having a minimum of 4 years’ documented experience on the Shadow UAS.
2. Shall have 2 years production control and/or aircraft maintenance experience.
3. May also have honorably served in a comparable career path in other military service branches or DoD elements in the Aviation Community or UAS Civilian Industry.
4. Must be able to support rotational shift work.
5. Must be a US Citizen
6. Must obtain and maintain a Secret security Clearance
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES:
Supervisory Experience preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree is preferred.
