JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is contingent upon contract award. Additional details will be released on an upcoming date.

The Program Manager/Site Lead will direct teams in support of a long-term OH-58D mission in Greece. 

Responsibilities may include:
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience with the OH-58D or Bell 407 required. [OH-58D experience preferred.]
Candidate must have program management experience.
US Passport required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
