JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Provide logistical support to UAS Operations, typically providing Government property accountability, tool and stock room operations, and clerical support using approved systems and software.

  1. Property inventory and accountability responsibilities, including Government furnished property, tools, parts, and consumables.

  2. Maintaining data in Government and Pinnacle Property management and order systems.

  3. Operate tool and stock room to maintain an appropriate supply level of expendable and non-expendable tools, spare parts, supplies, and equipment utilized in support of Maintenance Training.

  4. Perform clerical and manual duties in material areas such as receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

  5. Maintain established inventory levels by checking stock and notifying supervisors at established re-order points, re-ordering per standard procedures, preparing purchase requests.

  6. Maintain control records of all tools/gauges requiring calibration and ensure calibration is accomplished as scheduled.

  7. Stock vendor deliveries in warehouse, supply room issue point and checks that deliveries conform to purchase orders as to quality and quantity.

  8. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, supply room or production control issue point.

  9. Provides administrative assistance to the PMO office by maintaining supply management database, various reports and related documentation.

  10. Utilize small hand tools, scales, and may operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.

  11. Working knowledge of U.S. Army aviation and S-4 supply systems, and associated software

  12. Use online resources as needed for parts/equipment technical research, data updates, and related communications.

  13. May act as interface between maintenance and supply for repair parts.

  14. May have vehicle records tracking responsibility.

  15. Participates in special projects and other logistics related duties as required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Shall possess a minimum of two (2) years experience in Logistics/Supply operations (preferably within an Army logistics/supply environment.

  2. Experience in the requisitioning, receipt, verification, storage, identification, issue, inventory and accounting of tools, gauges, components, spare parts, and supplies.

  3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), searching for data on the internet, ability to learn task specific computer software (such as COLTS, ACN, GCSS-Army).

  4. Ability to lift and transport heavy (up to 50 pounds) boxes and equipment.

  5. Valid State driver’s license.
    Must be a U.S. Citizen.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES:

1.  Honorably served in the US Army as a 92Y or a comparable career path in other military service branches or DoD elements.
2.  GCSS - Army Experience

3.  Possess the ability to operate fork lifts and related equipment

4.  Prior military or contractor license for Government/Military vehicles and equipment

5.  Familiarity with ISO- certified Quality Management System
6.  Prior Experience in Unmanned Aircraft System and/or U.S. Army logistics support

7.  Experience supporting U.S. Army or other Government contracts.
 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Graduate, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work/military experience.   Associate Degree is preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

1.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

2.  Must be able to support rotational shift work requirements
