JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Production Control (PC) Manager will perform leadership and management of the Production Control and Technical Supply Operation. Responsible for the training and supervision of Assistant PC Officers, PC clerks, and Technical Supply personnel. Projects, forecasts, and coordinates Maintenance to establish priorities of work. Responsible for the management of scheduled, unscheduled, and deferred maintenance priorities. Manages the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Calibration (TMDE) Program, physical security / key control, hangar and shop safety, hazardous material control, and tool control programs. Maintains and updates equipment / aircraft status boards, migrates equipment logbooks, and prepares associated reports. Primary POC for aircraft downtime reporting. Initiates the Controlled Exchange process IAW AR 750-1. Responsible for initiating and tracking work orders via Aircraft Notebook (ACN). Primary ACN Logbook System Facilitator.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience on the CH-47D/F or MH-47E/G platform at Battalion level or higher.
Shall have 2 years experience commensurate with the duties assigned to the PC Officer.
May also have honorably served in a comparable career path in other military service branches or DoD elements in the Aviation Community or UAS Civilian Industry.
Must be able to support rotational shift work.
Must be a US Citizen

Skills and Experience Preferences:
CH-47D/F or MH-47E/G Operational Experience Preferred
Army Aviation Battalion level or higher maintenance management experience preferred
Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia preferred and experience OCONUS required.​​​​​​​

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree is preferred.​​​​​​​
