JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a Part-Time position.
The Assistant Information Assurance Security Manager (AIAM) ensures that the training system site complies with the Government's physical and Cybersecurity requirements under direction of the Site Manager and Information Assurance Security Manager (IAM). The AIAM will carry out the security program and serve as the site security focal for cybersecurity.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Current Secret Security Clearance is required.
2) Experience with DoD Certification and Accreditation (RMF Preferred)
3) Experience using Vulnerability Scanners (NESSUS / ACAS Preferred)
4) DoD IAT II Certified (Such as Security+, SSCP, or GSEC, etc)
5) Basic knowledge of Windows Administration
6) Familiar with DISA STIGs and ability to assess compliance
7) Ability to work in a remote team environment across time zones
8) Ability to serve as site focal point for all Cybersecurity matters
9) Experience providing cybersecurity briefs and training to an organization
10) Ability to interface with different on-base organizations and serve as the focal point for the site
11) Assist IAM with Monitoring and Incident Reporting programs

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Associate Degree in Information Technologies (IT) OR other related field or equivalent combination of experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Candidate must be DoD IAT Level II certified.
Travel up to 5% required.
Secret Security clearance and the ability to maintain such is required.
