JOB DESCRIPTION

Conceptualize and create cutting-edge multimedia elements for Web and mobile eLearning products. Apply expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. Compile raw data from various sources, including in person, email, briefings, meetings, and phone calls and develop comprehensive, clear, and visually engaging graphics, animations, and interactive elements. Display knowledge of Web and mobile technologies and expertise in IT terminology, processes, and best practices.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, AfterEffects)
• Experience developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Knowledge in color theory, digital imaging, photography, and video and audio production
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Ability to collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-focused software
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

*Must be willing and able to provide examples of design work.*

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES:
• Possess skills in computer animations for web-based applications and courseware
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML (writing or editing) desired
• Experience or familiarity with 3D modeling software and process a plus
• Experience or familiarity with Adobe Captivate a plus

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a Secret Security Clearance
Travel up to 15% required
