JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking individual to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues for employees and systems worldwide.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network equipment for both on-site and remote locations.
Manage Local and Cloud Backups.
Create and update organizational IT procedural and security policies.
Set up end user workstations and provision user accounts.
Recommends, schedules, and performs software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of related IT experience required.
• Knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and desktop Operating Systems (7/10).
• Experience managing Active Directory including DHCP, DNS, and GPO.
• Experience with Hyper-V Virtual Environment.
• Experience with on-premise Exchange and MS Office 365/Azure
• Experience managing deployments/rollouts of Software/Patches/Updates.
• Ability to document processes and procedures.
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.

Skills/Experience Preferences:
• Experience with PowerShell and Batch scripting a plus
• Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery a plus
• Experience with Network Switches\Firewalls a plus.

Comptia and/or Microsoft certifications preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Associates degree in Computer Science (or related area). 2 years of related experience may substitute for the Associate's degree.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (Certifications, Etc.)

Must be a US Citizen.
